Torquay Doctors and Craignish Doctors have marvellous Medical Receptionists and your doctor has entrusted them with many important tasks: they deal with patient enquiries, book appointments and ensure all is running smoothly – which allows the doctors and nurses to concentrate on what they do best. The team is pleased to know many of the patients by name and/or sight and are able to offer a friendly and personalised, yet professional, service to our patients at all times. Practice Manager: Michele

The Practice Manager’s prime responsibility is to ensure the smooth running of the practice and to uphold Australian accreditation standards. The Practice Manager is available to assist you if you have any concerns regarding aspects of our clinics and is available to assist you with any queries you may have. Michele enjoys managing a team of dedicated and efficient staff and being part of a medical centre which is highly regarded within the local community.

The Practice Manager has a great support team in place that consists of an Office Manager, Clinical Nurse Manager and more.
