Dr Winnie Lee graduated from The University of Queensland and has since committed to the Wide Bay Region. Prior to studying medicine, she obtained her Masters in Public Health with an interest in disease prevention to better the health of the population. With this mindset, she volunteered with the UNHCR during the completion of her medical degree. After years of dedication in the local hospital, she decided to pursue General Practice to be able to provide continuity of care and preventive health. She is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Dr Lee is passionate about providing comprehensive care in all aspects of family medicine and is a firm believer in holistic health.

On the weekends, you may spot her at Bunnings getting very excited with the new stock of plants or on the road to Brisbane for some culinary experiences.

Dr Lee works Tuesdays to Fridays, with two days at Torquay and two days at Craignish per week.
